Purpose Statement
We are looking for an Account Manager [Collections] to assist with educating clients about their repayment terms and conditions. The Account Manager will contact clients in ensuring their repayment issues are resolved and have full insight into their repayment schedule
Responsibilities
Educating customers about the repayment terms and conditions before the due date.
Resolving repayment issues before the due date
Answering customers' questions about the products.
Reaching out to customers after purchase to ask for feedback.
Ensuring that customers have a full insight of the repayment schedule before due dates.
Other tasks assigned by the team lead
Preferred Qualification:
HND/Bachelor's Degree.
Relevant training & certifications.
1-2years previous experience working as an Account Manager.
Preferred Requirements:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with state debt collection laws.
Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.
Knowledge of office and accounting software.
Patience and resilience.
