Job Description

• We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Guard/Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of personnel, property, and premises. 


• The ideal candidate will lead a team of guards, conduct routine patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on site.


• Monitor and control access to the premises.


• Conduct regular patrols and security inspections.


• Maintain daily records of activities and incidents.


• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.


• Report and respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.


• Provide training and guidance to junior security staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Proven experience as a security guard or supervisor (2+ years preferred).


• Good physical condition and alertness.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.


• Basic knowledge of security operations and equipment (e.g., CCTV, radios).


• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual.
