Key Responsibilities:
- Be the product expert to educate clients on features, benefits, and usage.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to returning and prospective customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to existing accounts.
- Identify and follow up on new sales leads.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical/Biological sciences or any related field.
