Key Responsibilities: 




  • Be the product expert to educate clients on features, benefits, and usage.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products to returning and prospective customers.

  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to existing accounts.

  • Identify and follow up on new sales leads.



Required Skills:




  • Critical thinking and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

  • Interpersonal skills.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Medical/Biological sciences or any related field.

  • A minimum of 3 years in sales of medical equipment.
