We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Filling Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our filling station in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations, driving sales growth, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including fuel sales, inventory management, and customer service


• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards


• Drive sales growth through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies


• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales and customer service targets


• Monitor and control inventory, fuel quality, and station maintenance


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a filling station or similar role


• Strong leadership and management skills


• Excellent customer service and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions


• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
