Responsibilities
Website Management
- Update and manage the firm’s website using WordPress, Elementor, or other CMS platforms
- Upload service pages, team bios, and digital resources
- Troubleshoot basic layout or content formatting issues
Content Writing and SEO
- Write and schedule blog posts, legal updates, and service-related content
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO strategies to improve content reach
- Draft and maintain FAQs, guides, and intake instructions
Social Media Management
- Create and manage monthly content calendars (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Design professional visuals using Canva or similar tools
- Schedule weekly posts via Buffer or Hootsuite
- Track engagement and suggest improvements
Email Marketing and Analytics
- Assist with monthly newsletters or email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar
- Provide monthly performance insights across website and social media
- Ensure consistent tone, brand voice, and design across platforms
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in digital content creation, editing, and publishing
- Experience managing WordPress or Elementor-based websites
- Proficiency in Canva, Mailchimp, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO, brand strategy, and confidentiality protocols
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working in legal, immigration, or consulting-related fields is an added advantage but not mandatory.
