• We are expanding our team and seeking an Experienced Marketing Officer who will be key in driving our growth and strengthening our presence in the financial services space.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively drive deposit mobilization strategies to grow the bank’s customer base and balance sheet.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.


• Identify market opportunities and execute marketing campaigns to attract new business.


• Promote and cross-sell our financial products and services (loans, mobile banking, USSD, etc.).


• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.


• Proven track record in deposit mobilization and meeting financial targets.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong understanding of the microfinance and/or retail banking market.


• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
