We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Media and Digital Marketer to develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support property sales.
The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of content creation, social media management, performance marketing, and visual storytelling tailored for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (graphics, videos and blog posts
Plan and execute targeted ad campaigns for lead generation and brand positioning.
Manage social media channels and engage with audiences to build brand visibility.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots for properties and company events.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the real estate sector.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
Proficiency in digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads), email marketing platforms, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Strong design and content creation skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
