We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Agents to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to promote sales.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
Contact customers with overdue payments to initiate the recovery process.
Negotiate payment arrangements and establish timelines for debt settlement.
Investigate and resolve any disputes or discrepancies related to outstanding debts.
Monitor payment plans and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as the credit department, to facilitate the recovery process.
Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and recovery process.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
1 - 2 years of experience in field sales or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
