At least a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, IT, Logistics, Accounting, Procurement, Health and Safety, Leadership).
Minimum of 7 years in training delivery, with at least 10 years combined experience in academia and relevant industry roles.
Proven proficiency in instructional design, delivery methods, and adult learning methodologies.
Ability to foster engaging, hands-on, and interactive learning environments.
Proven experience in both in-person and virtual training delivery.
Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; comfortable using various software and online platforms; ability to assist students with technical issues.
Comfortable using digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS platforms) and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and implement practical exercises, case studies, and real-world applications.
High energy and motivational teaching style.
Ability to guide students on the use of learning tools and resources
