QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, IT, Logistics, Accounting, Procurement, Health and Safety, Leadership).


• Minimum of 7 years in training delivery, with at least 10 years combined experience in academia and relevant industry roles.


• Proven proficiency in instructional design, delivery methods, and adult learning methodologies.


• Ability to foster engaging, hands-on, and interactive learning environments.


• Proven experience in both in-person and virtual training delivery.


• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; comfortable using various software and online platforms; ability to assist students with technical issues.


• Comfortable using digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, LMS platforms) and troubleshooting basic tech issues.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to design and implement practical exercises, case studies, and real-world applications.


• High energy and motivational teaching style.


• Ability to guide students on the use of learning tools and resources
