We are looking for an experienced and motivated Territory Manager to oversee and drive sales across a designated region. In this role, you will lead a team of sales agents, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure that sales targets are met while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Agents to achieve sales objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory's market dynamics.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and assess market conditions.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and product offerings.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts.
Requirements
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in financial services or lending products is preferred.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic decision-making.
