Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and productivity.


• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.


• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and resolve any issues or conflicts among team members.


• Ensure proper staffing levels and manage shift schedules to meet operational needs.


• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of work and customer service.


• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.


• Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including attendance, production reports, and inventory counts.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards during the shift.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / B.Sc Degree with 1-2 years work experience.


• Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State.
