Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst Consultant with a strong background in Excel-based data modeling. 


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and understanding complex Excel models and developing comprehensive user guides that explain how to navigate, interpret, and utilize the models effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing Excel-based data models for structure, logic, and outputs.


• Understand the purpose and functionality of each component of the models.


• Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation and step-by-step guides for model usage.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the context and objectives of each model.


• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.


• Provide feedback or recommendations for improving model usability and clarity.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in data analysis with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Proven ability to reverse-engineer and interpret complex Excel models.


• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a consultant or in client-facing roles.


• Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, or operational data modeling.


• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.


• Experience documenting standard operating procedures or user manuals.
