Job Summary

• Create and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and high quality.


• Interact with customers to provide an exceptional drinking experience and offer recommendations based on preferences.


• Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all tools, glasses, and ingredients are readily available and in good condition.


• Stay updated on industry trends, experimenting with new drink recipes, ingredients, and techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.


• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is properly stored and replenished as needed.


• Ensure the responsible service of alcohol, adhering to legal drinking age requirements and company policies.


• Collaborate with other staff to maintain smooth bar operations, including handling orders and managing customer flow.


• Maintain excellent customer service by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive, engaging atmosphere.
