Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an HR Officer with a genuine passion for Human Resources functions, to support the HR team in implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role will focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and other HR-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Certifications: CIPM, PHRi or CIPD.
- Proven HR experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.
