Job Summary

• We are seeking a Grader Machine Operator with years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining graders on construction sites.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveling and grading surfaces for roadworks, land preparation, and other construction-related tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency. 


• The position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate graders and other heavy equipment to grade and level construction sites.


• Ensure equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.


• Follow project specifications and site requirements to meet quality standards.


• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.


• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / NCE /  B.Sc Degree


• 1 - 3 years of experience. in operating graders or other construction machinery.


• Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols.


• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.


• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members.
