As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of Kuddy Cosmetics - attending to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client receives excellent service both in-store and online.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person.
Resolve complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
Maintain deep knowledge of products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
Handle sales processing, returns, and follow-up communication.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized service area.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc. in any field.
1 - 2 years of customer service or front desk experience (retail or beauty industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Tech-savvy and familiar with basic CRM or POS systems.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics is an advantage.
