Job Summary




  • We seek a results-driven HR Recruitment Officer to lead our recruitment efforts in a fast-growing renewable energy company.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in multicultural environments, particularly with Chinese stakeholders, and strong skills in sourcing top talent through various channels. 

  • You will be instrumental in attracting, hiring, and retaining high-performing professionals at all levels.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job design to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Build a network of sourcing channels, including job boards and university partnerships.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit with company culture.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract talent in renewable energy.

  • Help develop a talent pipeline and contribute to employee retention strategies.

  • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring cultural sensitivity and alignment with global standards.

  • Provide regular recruitment updates to management.

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor key metrics.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related field. 

  • HR certification is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in the renewable energy, manufacturing, or related sector.

  • Proven experience collaborating with Chinese stakeholders or within Chinese-owned businesses is essential.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools.

  • Exposure to HR generalist functions such as performance management or learning & development is a plus.
