Work with stakeholders to carry out training needs analysis across the organisation to support new and improving learning requirements across the organization
Drive the delivery of the organisation's learning and development strategy including Job analysis, development plans and targeted interventions
To carry out capability assessments across the organization
Designing a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and leadership programmes and working with external partners where necessary
Driving a culture of continuing professional development (CPD)
To drive and deliver the continual and ongoing development and design of blended learning in a variety of formats that are embedded into Learning Management System
Design and implement an organizational knowledge management framework that guarantees an effective knowledge transfer among employees
To evaluate all learning and development interventions and its effectiveness to continually assess if contents are fit for purpose and to continually evolve and improve our learning offerings
Lead on the design and delivery of induction training courses. This will include a regular review and update of the induction programme in line with organisational changes and needs
To support the HR Business Partner in implementing key learning projects in line with HC strategy and organisational vision, mission and goals
To design and facilitate bespoke training courses in line with organisational needs that is fit for purpose to support career advancement
To design and develop a comprehensive equality, diversity and inclusion training package that supports the organization’s talent philosophy as an equal employment opportunity organisation
Work with the appropriate regulatory body on all training and development programmes for necessary requirements compliance
Design and deliver eLearning courses and content in our Learning Management System (LMS) to reflect our most current product/service offerings, and policies/procedures
Champion the design and delivery of a fit for purpose Learning Management System
Carry out the auditing of training interventions, bringing innovative solutions to redesign sessions and embed a more blended learning solutions to the organization learning culture.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years experience.
