Responsibilties

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements


• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management and the audit committee


• Design and perform control testing, including evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls and identifying gaps


• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and implement audit recommendations


• Provide guidance and training to employees on internal control policies and procedures


• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to improve internal controls.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors / Masters Degree


• Professional certification in internal auditing (CIA), accounting (CPA, ICAN)


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
