Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and personal support to an executive . 

  • The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating travel, and performing various tasks to ensure the executive is effective daily and the front desk is attending to visitors promptly.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls), prioritizing and responding as appropriate.

  • Ensure executive work space is clean and tidy

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.

  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

  • Assist with personal tasks such as running errands, scheduling personal appointments, and handling private matters with utmost confidentiality

  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, or social gatherings.

  • Act as the liaison, communicating effectively with internal and external contacts

  • Perform other administrative or personal tasks as required.



Qualifications and Skills




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role for a minimum of 2 years.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.



Experience:




  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing personal or executive administrative support.
