Drive the delivery of the organisation's development strategy including Job analysis, development plans and targeted interventions
Provide effective guidance on organisation design, workforce planning and change management to key initiatives and projects within the organisation
Provide internal consultancy services to business leaders and line managers and act as a subject matter expert on organisational development practices within the organisation
Design and develop programmes and initiatives aligned to the OD strategy aimed at building overall organisational capability and desired culture to support improved organisational performance
Ensure internal customer and key stakeholder expectations are understood and where possible, met
In collaboration with the Management and People team develop a simple effective competency framework aligned to the business strategy
Development and management of project plan and stakeholder and communications plan for approved initiative from assessment to implementation
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
Keep up to date with administrative, auditing and reporting responsibilities required of the position
Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 7 years work experience.
