Job Overview




  • The Content Creator and Social Media Officer shall be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms and managing social media channels. This includes writing, graphic design, and video editing to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Job Responsibilities




  • Develop, write, and edit engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Produce and edit multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and infographics, to support marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant, engaging content.

  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

  • Maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely publication across digital platforms.

  • Create dynamic video content, including product demos, tutorials, promotional videos, and customer testimonials.

  • Work with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to produce professional-quality videos.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to integrate motion graphics, sound, and special effects into video content.

  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth.



Requirement and Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field with 1-3 years experience.

  • Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).

  • Ability to create compelling visual content using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and keyword research.
