The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, and operational excellence.
Basic Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development or a related role.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading Sales and Business Development teams.
Experience within the construction, engineering, or architectural sector will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in people and business management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships, especially within the High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segment.
