Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and secure new accounts by identifying prospective clients in construction, manufacturing, and other industrial sectors.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate company products; provide expert guidance on product applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent support.
- Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and product training, to ensure clients maximize the value of our products.
Requirement & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field) is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, engineering products, or industrial materials.
- A basic understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and technical product applications.
- Basic knowledge and experience in B2B sales and ability to meet sales targets; experience in building client relationships and consultative selling.
