Responsibilities 




  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employee documentation.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.

  • Support payroll preparation and processing activities.

  • Organize and manage employee training and development programs.

  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager 

  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

  • Communicate with public services when necessary

  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.



Skills & Experience:




  • Able to quickly assimilate new technical knowledge and interested in building a career with a growth-oriented company.

  • Solid organizational and planning skills.

  • Good command of English.

  • Commercial acumen and the ability to promote a technical solution as a value-for-money exercise

  • Computer literacy, especially with regard to modern scientific user interfaces, document and presentation preparation and report writing

  • An understanding of business management systems, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of a CRM tool is an asset

  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
