Job Description:



We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the fashion industry. As an Online Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers across various social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.



Responsibilities:




  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers

  • Process orders, handle returns, and exchange products as needed

  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and promote products

  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
