Role Description




  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Allocator, located in Lagos State, Nigeria.

  • The Allocator will assist senior buyer to develop seasonal merchandise plans aligned with the brand’s overall strategy, regularly review sales performance, identify sales trends, and adjust plans accordingly to optimize sales and profitability, analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to predict future demand for products. Initiate stock transfer requests between stores, liaise with Store Managers to monitor stock transfers and inventory levels, analyzing sales and inventory data, and optimizing stock levels across various locations.

  • Daily tasks will include liaising with the sales and customer service teams to ensure product availability, maintaining accurate records of stock movements, and implementing allocation strategies to maximize sales performance.

  • The Allocator will also work closely with various departments including Finance, Marketing, Operations etc. to align inventory levels with overall business strategy and market demand



Qualifications and Skills




  • Allocations and Analytical Skills

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Proficient in the use of Excel

  • Analytical skills to forecast according to trend

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration, statistics or any related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ related experience in a structured retail business
