Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share.
To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget.
Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve sales budget.
Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.
Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales or any relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven sales track record
Sales experience in the paints/chemicals industry is an advantage
Market knowledge is essential
English is essential, French is an added advantage
Willingness to travel between 7 – 10 days per month as per job needs
