The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in structural design and site execution, with hands-on experience using key engineering software.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure work is executed in line with project specifications and timelines.
Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Provide technical advice and resolve design or execution issues on-site.
Monitor materials usage and manage construction resources efficiently.
Apply structural design knowledge in planning and adjustments as necessary.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in site engineering and structural design.
Must be a registered member of COREN and NSE (proof required).
In-depth knowledge of structural analysis, detailing, and design principles.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
Experience working on residential and commercial building projects is an advantage.
