Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in structural design and site execution, with hands-on experience using key engineering software.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure work is executed in line with project specifications and timelines.


• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.


• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.


• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.


• Collaborate with consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.


• Provide technical advice and resolve design or execution issues on-site.


• Monitor materials usage and manage construction resources efficiently.


• Apply structural design knowledge in planning and adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in site engineering and structural design.


• Must be a registered member of COREN and NSE (proof required).


• In-depth knowledge of structural analysis, detailing, and design principles.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.


• Experience working on residential and commercial building projects is an advantage.
