Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.


• Handle procurement processes, tender documentation, and contract administration.


• Monitor project timelines, resources, and delivery schedules using Microsoft Project.


• Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project execution.


• Conduct site visits and assessments, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, and safety standards.


• Prepare valuations, progress reports, and variation orders.


• Utilize Microsoft Excel to develop cost control tools, dashboards, and financial tracking systems.


• Ensure projects comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying and/or project management.


• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Project is essential.


• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and within budget.


• Membership in a professional body (e.g., NIQS, PMI, RICS) is an added advantage.
