Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Printing Operator with hands-on experience in a corrugation plant environment. 


• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the printing process within corrugated cardboard manufacturing and demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain flexographic or rotary die-cut printing machines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic or rotary printing machines used in corrugated board production


• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and minimal waste


• Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment


• Ensure accurate alignment, ink viscosity, color consistency, and die cutting precision


• Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly targets


• Inspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality standards


• Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams


• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on the factory floor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a corrugated carton/packaging plant


• In-depth knowledge of corrugated printing processes, machinery, and materials


• Strong attention to detail and quality control


• Ability to work independently and within a team


• Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment


• Willingness to work in Ijebu Ode.
