We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Secretary to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional typing skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately, as this is a fundamental requirement for the role.
The ideal candidate will manage front desk activities while maintaining proper documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
You will also serve as a crucial first point of contact for walk-in clients, phone inquiries, and internal team updates.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Support: Taking minutes, preparing agendas, and assisting with meeting.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, Draft, format, and proofread documents and reports.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
Support team members with various administrative tasks.
Handle confidential information with integrity.
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk for visitors, clients, and partners
Maintain and update client records, visitor logs, and office documents with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in basic bookkeeping and administrative record-keeping
Requirement
He / She must have completed SSCE, OND, HND OR BSC.
Have at least 3 years experience in the role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 Words per Min).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
