Responsibilities




  • Prepare and administer assessments aligning with British and Nigerian examination standards.

  • Grade and provide timely, constructive feedback to students to enhance their academic performance.

  • Establish a positive, engaging learning environment that promotes respectful interactions and productive student behavior.

  • Introduce classroom management techniques that support both British and Nigerian educational best practices.

  • Communicate proactively with parents to provide regular updates on student progress.

  • Engage in school community events to strengthen community relations and student experiences.



Requirements




  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Education (Accounting Major), or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a hybrid curriculum environment.

  • Qualified Teacher Status or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) is desirable.

  • Familiarity with British (IGCSE/A-levels) and Nigerian (WAEC/NECO) curricula is essential.

  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian educational context and the British examination system.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

  • Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.
