Job Summary

• The CFO plays a critical role in driving financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health, and supporting sustainable business growth. 


• This position requires strong financial leadership to oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance while optimizing financial performance in the leasing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.


• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


• Manage risk assessment, investment strategies, and capital structure.


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


• Supervise finance personnel, including controllers and treasurers.


• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost management.


• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate with executives to align financial goals with operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.


• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role within the leasing or financial services industry.


• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management, and leasing finance.


• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.


• Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
