We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, with a particular focus on projects within the finance, mining, and research sectors.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring a combination of analytical acumen, sector knowledge, and the ability to manage complex workflows with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
Manage and develop a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.
Train, motivate, and coach team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Implement customer feedback to improve services and products.
Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize stock levels.
Manage cafe finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the cafe and drive sales.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 4+ years of experience in cafe or restaurant management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
