As a Booking Staff, you’ll be responsible for managing client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and ensuring a smooth process from initial inquiry to client check-out.
This is a full-time, shift-based position based in our office. You must be flexible to work weekends, especially at least two (2) Sundays per month.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to booking inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and texts.
Follow up with clients daily - minimum 50 chats/calls per day required.
Convert leads to confirmed bookings.
Maintain proper CRM documentation of all communications and bookings.
Handle shift duties including evening and weekend coverage.
Call clients a day before check-in to reconfirm and offer additional services (e.g., car hire, private chef, cruise).
Stay in contact throughout their stay and reconfirm plans 1 - 2 days before check-out.
Suggest upgrades and follow-up for repeat bookings.
Maintain apartment booking experience logs for future reference.
Requirements
Minimum of OND or higher.
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
Sales and persuasive skills - ability to win clients and agents.
