  • The Front Desk Officer will serve as the initial point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and providing efficient administrative support.



Key Responsibilities




  • Warmly welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Promptly and accurately answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications
