Responsibilities

The L&D Specialist will be responsible for creating learning environments that foster employee skill development. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting capability assessments across the organisation


• Designing blended learning solutions (e.g., digital, face-to-face, social, collaborative learning, coaching, action learning sets)


• Leveraging digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs


• Applying adult learning theories to ensure effective employee development


• Designing technical, behavioural, and leadership programs, and collaborating with external partners as needed


• Promoting a culture of continuing professional development (CPD)


• Facilitating learning interventions


• Fostering a coaching culture within the organisation


• Monitoring the transfer of learning to employees.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4 - 5 years of experience.
