Job Summary

• We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales/Beauty Advisor to join our team in a busy pharmacy and beauty retail environment. 


• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, offering expert advice on skincare, cosmetics and wellness products, and supporting the sales goals of the store. 


• Your knowledge of beauty trends and products will help customers make informed choices that meet their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.


• Offer personalized advice and recommendations on beauty, skincare, and personal care products.


• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions.


• Assist with product demonstrations, testers, and sampling as appropriate.


• Support pharmacy staff with sales of over-the-counter health and wellness products (non-prescription).


• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor and beauty counter.


• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.


• Build customer loyalty by promoting reward programs, upcoming events, and special promotions.


• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.


• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and inventory checks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or pharmacy sales preferred.


• Strong interest and knowledge in skincare, cosmetics, and health & wellness.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passionate about delivering a positive and personalized customer experience.


• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.


• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable manner.


• Training or certification in beauty therapy or skincare (desirable but not essential).
