We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Sales Attendant / CRM Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer relationships, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally
Manage customer relationships and maintain CRM records
Process sales transactions accurately
Issue receipts and handle basic record-keeping
Assist with stock display and inventory where necessary
Requirements
Minimum of an OND / HND qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and POS systems
