Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies to increase the hospital's services.


• Drive business development initiatives and identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships


• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral sources, and community stakeholders


• Act as a liaison between the hospital and key external partners to enhance service delivery.


• Represent the hospital at community health events, corporate visits, and partnership meetings


• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery that supports client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, business development, (experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage)


• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills


• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of identifying and converting leads


• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
