Job Summary




  • They are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR / Facility Manager to oversee human resources functions and manage facility operations to ensure optimal performance and employee satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:




  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance documentation.

  • Oversee staff training, development, and welfare programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Manage conflict resolution and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.



Facility Management:




  • Oversee the daily maintenance and functionality of restaurant facilities.

  • Coordinate with service providers for repairs, cleaning, and security.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Manage inventory of facility supplies and coordinate procurement.

  • Monitor utility usage and propose cost-saving initiatives.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with facility maintenance processes and vendor management.
