Job Summary
- They are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR / Facility Manager to oversee human resources functions and manage facility operations to ensure optimal performance and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and performance documentation.
- Oversee staff training, development, and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the daily maintenance and functionality of restaurant facilities.
- Coordinate with service providers for repairs, cleaning, and security.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of facility supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Monitor utility usage and propose cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with facility maintenance processes and vendor management.
