Job Objective(s)
- Marketing and sales of UP’s transaction processing, Transfers (Inbound and Outbound), PTSA and Switching Services to other (non-Banks) financial institutions and to ensure financial targets are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Winning new business and manage relationships with clients to grow the existing business.
- Handles the development and implementation of new client projects end to end.
- Conducts periodic review of existing product documentation and ensure they align with new business objective or regulatory directives.
- Preparing monthly/weekly/daily reports showing the various income lines which is presented to management.
- Ensure all services (transaction processing, transfers, PTSA and Switching) offered adhere to the appropriate regulatory standards, policies and circulars.
- Ensure the team prepares documentation for all services i.e. product papers, Standard Operating Manuals, Service Level Agreements/Business Agreements.
- Ensure continued growth of Unified Payment market share in the Ecommerce/Fintech industry.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to grow the prevailing businesses.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of all team members in line with KPIs to achieve set financial targets.
- Ensure team members are motivated and work cordially with each other.
- Set the KPIs of team members and conduct their appraisals at the required intervals.
- Provide support for all other departmental activities/tasks as may be required by the Group Head.

- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
