We are looking for goal driven and strategic relationship officer who is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business development activities.
The role focuses on maintaining strong communication with existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (brands, advertisers, agencies).
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, digital) to deliver media solutions tailored to client objectives.
Support in developing proposals, presentations, and media plans.
Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell media products and services.
Assist in client onboarding and ensure a smooth handover from the sales or business development team.
Stay updated with industry trends, media platforms, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and campaign progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience as relationship officer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
