Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.


• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, including procurement, logistics, and quality control.


• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.


• Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.


• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.


• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.


• Identify and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.


• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• Manage the production budget and ensure cost-effective resource utilization


• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.


• Conduct regular safety training and drills for staff.


• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
