We are looking for an experienced and proactive Restaurant Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations at our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
Lead, train, and assess the performance of both front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service in line with regulatory requirements.
Address customer concerns, feedback, and special requests professionally and promptly.
Manage inventory, coordinate supply orders, and maintain optimal stock levels through effective vendor management.
Conduct routine inspections of the premises and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Work with senior management to enhance operational strategies, implement policies, and drive service improvements.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food quality assurance, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination.
Familiarity with food safety laws and hygiene regulations.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
