Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive

  • Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events

  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive business and personal information

  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff on behalf of the executive

  • Monitor and follow up on deadlines and tasks assigned to other departments

  • Maintain a well-organized filing and document management system



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an executive or administrative assistant role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
