- Develop integrated, scalable solutions across IT, Construction, Procurement, Marine, Drilling, and Quality Management.
- Align solutions with business goals, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
Innovation & Technology:
- Drive adoption of AI, IoT, automation, and predictive analytics to optimize operations.
- Lead R&D for proprietary methodologies (e.g., digital twins, smart procurement systems).
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure 100% on-time, on-budget project delivery with measurable ROI.
- Implement cost-saving strategies (lean construction, predictive maintenance).
- Lead tender bids, contract negotiations, and client acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Drive revenue growth across IT, Construction, Marine, Drilling, and Procurement services.
Compliance &Risk Management:
- Enforce HSE, ISO, API, and maritime regulations across all projects.
- Mitigate risks through data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (Engineering, IT, Procurement) and external clients/vendors.
- Foster relationships with IOCs, NOCs, and EPC contractors.
Skills and Competencies
- Technical: AI/ML, ERP systems, predictive analytics, BIM, Six Sigma.
- Leadership: Agile team management, stakeholder negotiation innovation mindset.
