Job Overview




  • This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations on a Project site, such as onboarding recruitment, compensations, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, conflict resolution, legal compliance and other employee relations while ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.



Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required. Masters in human resource, business administration or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHR, etc.,) is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 8 years' professional experience in an HR role, talent management or similar leadership roles.

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, diversity, and inclusion practices.

  • Proven leadership capability in conflict management.

  • Analytical thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's operational goals.

  • Possess sound analytical skills, keen eye for detail and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Strong relationship, communication, and project management skills. 

  • Proficiency in HR software's (HRIS, SAP, etc.,) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
