This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations on a Project site, such as onboarding recruitment, compensations, benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, conflict resolution, legal compliance and other employee relations while ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required. Masters in human resource, business administration or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHR, etc.,) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years' professional experience in an HR role, talent management or similar leadership roles.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, diversity, and inclusion practices.
Proven leadership capability in conflict management.
Analytical thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's operational goals.
Possess sound analytical skills, keen eye for detail and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong relationship, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in HR software's (HRIS, SAP, etc.,) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..)
