Key Responsibilities




  • Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner

  • Manage front desk operations including calls, messages, and scheduling

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Provide administrative support to the office and assist with day-to-day tasks

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence



What We’re Looking For




  • Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years work experience.

  • Prior experience in a real estate company will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-groomed, polite, and customer-service oriented

  • Basic administrative and computer skills
